Meet the baker: "¡Hola! I’m Ximena~ What began as baking for family and friends soon grew into Dulcemena — a home bakery inspired by the Peruvian flavors and traditions I grew up with. From tres leches cakes and alfajores to empanadas and custom cakes, every order is made from scratch in small batches using quality ingredients and lots of care.
